Biscuits (the easy way)

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup Wesson oil
  • 2/3 cup milk

Sift:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Pour 1/3 cup Wesson oil into a one-cup measuring cup, then fill the rest of the cup with milk.  Do not stir but dump all at once into flour mixture.  Stir until it makes a dough.  Knead dough on board until it feels light.  Roll out and cut into biscuits.  Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
