Sausage & Grits

  • 1 box Jim Dandy Quick Grits
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled

Cook grits according to package directions.  As soon as the grits are done, take and dump them in a warm crock pot with other ingredients and let sit for about 3-5 minutes.  Then stir.

You can cook the sausage the night before and refrigerate it.  Then it takes only about 10 minutes to prepare.
