1 lb. Portabella mushrooms, thick sliced
1 ½ sticks butter
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup red wine
Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth. Slice. Sauté garlic in bubbling butter. Add mushrooms and cook until done, turning occasionally. Turn heat to high and add wine. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Recipe may be halved, doubled, etc.
