1 can tomato soup 2 pkgs. cream cheese
1 pkg. Knox gelatin ¼ cup cold water
½ cup chopped celery ¼ cup chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine ½ cup dill pickle, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
Soak gelatin in cold water. Heat tomato soup – pour over gelatin. Cool. Add cream cheese, which has been mashed smooth, with some tomato mixture. Continue to add tomato mixture until smooth. Add celery, peppers, onion, pickle and salt. Pour into an
8 x 8 Pyrex dish. Chill until set. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
