Spinach Salad with Vermouth Dressing

Spinach
Boiled eggs, sliced
Capers
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Green onions, sliced (optional)
Bacon, diced (or cut with scissors)
(Ingredients are optional and size depends on servings and taste)

Dressing:
¼ lemon juice  ¼ cups dry vermouth
2 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. tarragon (optional)
1 tsp. black pepper 1 clove pressed garlic
2 tsp salt  ¾ cups olive oil
¾ cups vegetable oil

Mix dressing ingredients together.  Toss ingredients together.
