- Chopped onions to taste (apprx. 1 small onion or ½ large)
- ½ lb. or less fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (approximate)
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese (approximate)
Layer above ingredients in a large pie plate.
- 3 eggs
- 1/1/2 cups whipping cream (or ½ and ½)
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- ½ – 1 tsp. curry
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- Tabasco to taste
- Red pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Paprika to taste
Mix above ingredients in bowl, and pour into pie plate.
Bake at 350 for about 1 ½ hours. Let stand 10 minutes. Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
*You can get broccoli florets in a microwavable bag, for example, Eat Smart Broccoli Florets, microwave in bag (from Wal-Mart).
