Chili

  • 2 lbs meat and one onion browned – drain
  • Add: 1can rotel (I use 2 sometimes)
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes mexican flavor (I think I use 2)
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed (can use more if like)
  • Carol Shelby Chili Kit (it is in a little sack) Use everything except Mesa
  • About a can of beer for the liquid

Just cook until it cooks down a little bit.  Really good next
day!
