Manicotti

  • 1/2 lb meat, browned with garlic
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 4 oz mozarella cheese-shredded
  • 8 oz cottage cheese
  • parsley flakes
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 jar spagetti sauce
  • Oregano
  • Parmesean cheese
  • Manicotti shells

Cook shells according to directions on box. Let cool. Mix mayo, mozarella, cottage cheese, parsley, and salt. Stuff into shells. Top with spagetti sauce, parmesean and oregano. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered.
