Cornbread Dressing

  • 6 slices plain bread
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 6 cups of chicken broth
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cornbread (two recipes of Diane Spelling’s Cornbread)

Mix ingredients and cook at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden.
