- 6 slices plain bread
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 beaten eggs
- 6 cups of chicken broth
- Butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cornbread (two recipes of Diane Spelling’s Cornbread)
Mix ingredients and cook at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden.
