- Spinach
- Boiled eggs, sliced
- Capers
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- Green onions, sliced (optional)
- Bacon, diced (or cut with scissors)
- (Ingredients are optional and size depends on servings and taste)
Dressing:
- ¼ lemon juice
- ¼ cups dry vermouth
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. tarragon (optional)
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 clove pressed garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- ¾ cups olive oil
- ¾ cups vegetable oil
Mix dressing ingredients together. Toss ingredients together.
