- Oysters Oyster shells (optional)
- Garlic powder Red pepper
- Fresh minced parsley Bread crumbs (exclude for an Atkins recipe)
- Squeeze butter Lemon Juice
- Fresh shredded parmesan, Romano or asiago cheese
Place oysters in shells or on a plate. Sprinkle a light coat of garlic powder and red pepper. Fully cover with cheese, parsley and bread crumbs. Add a squeeze of butter to the top, and then add lemon juice. Microwave 5 min.
