Cheese Ball

  • 16-oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8-oz. can pineapple, well-drained
  • ¼ cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts, divided

Mix all ingredients, except ½ cup nuts, together well.  Chill.  Then roll mixture into a ball and roll ball in reserved nuts.  Serve with fancy-type crackers.
