Mexican Hors d’Oeuvre – cold version

  • 1 1-lb. can refried beans
  • 1 carton guacamole dip (thawed) (or homemade)
  • ⅓ – ½ pkg. Lowry’s taco seasoning
  • 1 8-oz. carton sour cream mixed with 2 T. mayonnaise
  • More taco seasoning
  • 2-3 chopped tomatoes, drained
  • Approximately 10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sliced ripe olives

Layer in a 10x6x1 casserole dish
Serve with Doritos and provide a knife for spreading.
