Muffaletta Dip

1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened

1 cup diced salami (3.5 ounces)

4 oz provolone cheese, diced

½ cup diced roasted red peppers

½ cup drained pimento stuffed olives, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

Pinch of red pepper flakes

Pinch of dried oregano



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients. Spread mixture into a shallow baking dish or pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or chips.
