Oysters Oyster shells (optional)
Garlic powder Red pepper
Fresh minced parsley Bread crumbs (exclude for an Atkins recipe)
Squeeze butter Lemon Juice
Fresh shredded parmesan, Romano or asiago cheese
Place oysters in shells or on a plate. Sprinkle a light coat of garlic powder and red pepper. Fully cover with cheese, parsley and bread crumbs. Add a squeeze of butter to the top, and then add lemon juice. Microwave 5 min.
