Muffaletta Dip

  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup diced salami (3.5 ounces)
  • 4 oz provolone cheese, diced
  • ½ cup diced roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup drained pimento stuffed olives, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients. Spread mixture into a shallow baking dish or pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or chips. Serves 8
