Ripe Olive Dip

  • 1 cup ripe olives, coarsely chopped
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • Sour cream equal to dry amount
