    Wash and dry whole chicken. Mix salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and lemon juice. Add pepper, basil, and olive oil. Rub mixture all over chicken. Place on rack in baking pan. Add water to pan w/out touching chicken. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes per pound. (Lee)

  • Beef Stroganoff

    Sauté garlic and onion in butter.  Then sauté mushrooms.  Push to one side; brown meat.  Mix, add wine, cover, and steam 2 minutes.  Season.  Add broth and noodles.  Simmer covered for 30 minutes.  Turn off heat and stir in sour cream. (Lee)
