Sausage Balls
Mix all ingredient together well with your hands. Roll into balls and put on cookie sheet. Bake 10 mins @ 350 until golden brown (Casey and Spence)

Crawfish Dip
Melt butter, add cut up cream cheese (if cream cheese is at room temp., it will melt more easily). Stir in seasonings. Stir in crawfish (drained). This is easily doubled, tripled, etc.For Atkins, use pork rinds or spoons for dipping. Lee Anne uses this to fill omelets. (Peggi)
