Mexican Hors d’Oeuvre – cold version

In a 10x6x1 casserole dish, layer:

1 1-lb. can refried beans
1 carton guacamole dip (thawed) (or homemade)
1/3 – ½ pkg. Lowry’s taco seasoning
1 8-oz. carton sour cream mixed with 2 T. mayonnaise
More taco seasoning
2-3 chopped tomatoes, drained
Approximately 10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Chopped green onions
Sliced ripe olives

Serve with Doritos and provide a knife for spreading.
