Potato Casserole

1 32 oz. shredded frozen potatoes  1 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup  12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
18 oz. sour cream    ½ small chopped onions
1 bell pepper    2 cups crushed cornflakes
Paprika     Ground Red Pepper
1 tsp. salt

Place thawed potatoes in a 9x13 casserole dish.  Mix ½ cup butter, soup, cheese, sour cream, onion, bell pepper, salt, pinch of paprika, and pinch of red pepper.  Pour mix over potatoes.  Mix ½ cup butter with crushed corn flakes, and spread over top.  Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
