Tossed Green Salad

Prewashed baby spring salad greens
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
3-4 green onions, sliced (optional)
1 tomato, chopped
½ - ¾ cups fresh grated Romano, Parmesan, or Asiago cheese

To make dressing, remove artichokes from jar.  To marinade in jar add olive oil until jar is about ¾ full.  Then add red wine vinegar until the red makes up about ¼ or less of the mixture.  Then squeeze 1 garlic clove through press into jar.  Replace top and shake.

Put lettuce in bowl, add sliced artichoke hearts, onions, tomato.  Season with salt and pepper.  Pour dressing over greens.  Toss.  Taste for seasoning.  Then add the fresh grated cheese and toss.
