(Arabelle Hawk – Nanno)
3 cans seasoned French green beans
1 large onion, quartered
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can mushrooms, drained
Ritz crackers, crumbled
Simmer green beans with onion. Drain. Heat soup. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Add mushrooms. Add green beans to cheese mixture. Top with Ritz crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
