Barbeque Ribs

(Charlie)
2 Racks of Pork Ribs  Salt
Pepper    Garlic Powder
2 Sliced Onions  4 Sliced Lemons
1 20 oz bottle of Ketchup 2 12 oz bottle of Barbeque Sauce

Prep: Put 2 racks of ribs in a square pan.  Season ribs liberally with salt, pepper and garlic powder.  In between the two racks add lemons and onions.  In a large separate bowl, mix 1 bottle of ketchup and 20 oz of water.  Then add 1 bottle of barbeque sauce and mix.  Pour mixture over ribs in pan (should fill pan completely, and if not mix more ketchup bbq sauce and water). Cover pan with tin foil

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour (While baking, drink a bloody mary, see beverages section).  Take out of oven and grill slowly on bbq pit (low heat).  Brown one side, turn over and brush with barbeque sauce. Then brown other side, turn over and brush with barbeque sauce.  Continue turning and brushing with barbeque sauce periodically until outside is dark (about one hour being careful not to burn).
