Bread Pudding

Cream together (in food processor):
1 stick butter
1 ½ cups sugar

Add:
3 eggs

Add:
1 large can Pet milk

Add:
1 ½ cups water
1 Tbsp. vanilla
good pinch salt

½ loaf French bread (see directions below)

Spray 10x6x1 ¾ inch Pyrex dish with Pam.  (Pan may be a little larger, but if it is, be careful not to put too much bread.)  Pour mixture into casserole dish.  Tear French bread into pieces and stuff those pieces into the mixture.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.  Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
